Contact our European support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your Kodak printer and any unused cartridges in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
